No, anyone regardless of nationality can utilize the SSO services provided by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD).

With only one single registration, SSO account holder potentially able to access into various online services provided by RMCD upon approvals. Account holders are also allowed to update profile thru online self-service.
